Terry began his career as a Chartered Accountant with the public accounting firm of Deloitte and Touche, specializing in financial institutions and real estate. He quickly rose to management positions and joined its consultancy group as a Financial Institutions Specialist.
Being a son of immigrant parents Terry was exposed to the restaurant industry at a tender age and grew to know the ins and outs of each and every aspect of it. |
In 1989, President of the Pegasus Group, Terry Tsianos began to build his company with the purchase of The Wheat Sheaf Tavern, The Brunswick House in Toronto and The Liverpool House in Pickering, Ontario.
Today the streets of Toronto are filled with such unique venues as the ever growing Fox and Fiddle, Philthy McNasty's chain of restaurants, O'Grady's, The Wheat Sheaf, The Miller Tavern, The historical Palais Royale Ballroom, Nyood Restaurant, Kultura Restaurant as well as The Pegasus Hospitality Corporation which includes all Food, Beverage and Banquet Facilities located in the Wyndham Garden Hotel Toronto.

At every step of the way, Terry has continued earned respect and an untarnished reputation in the business community. Nick Skentzos has been with The Pegasus Group since 1999. Nick is the on site project manager and works closely with the Architects and Designers to implement all construction and design elements of each and every project.
Nick has been involved on many large scale building projects including the Palais Royale, Miller Tavern, Wheat Sheaf Tavern, The Brunswick House, and The Fox and Fiddle Mansion.

With his knowledge and experience in the Hospitality industry Nick is able to ensure that all work is completed in a professional and safe manner that meet the needs of the Municipal, Building, Fire, and Health requirements.

Mary began her career in the hospitality industry over 20 years ago as a small business owner and operator. She expanded her business knowledge as she opened and operated larger and more demanding restaurants, including the successful O’Grady’s location on College St. in Toronto. With the rapid growth of the Pegasus Group, Mary’s expertise in restaurant management became more valuable and important , while at the same time providing her with extensive expertise in all aspects of restaurant management.
With her direct involvement in the expansion of the Fox and Fiddle group of restaurants from the four locations when acquired; to today’s 18 plus locations;

The Miller Tavern and The Palais Royale; Mary’s knowledge has expanded to all aspects of business operations, as well as administration and franchise operations.
Today, as V.P. of Finance, Mary oversees the finances of all companies operated by the Pegasus Group.
Her success is a testament to her abilities and her motto – “always strive for the best – do your best – and be the best !”

Voula brings to Pegasus Group the skills and strengths she has honed over the past decade in managing multiple brand portfolios and planning and overseeing the execution of marketing plan activities including media, trade, promotions, displays and point of sale materials.
She also brings excellent organizational and managerial skills that allow her to effectively bring teams together to come up with an end product that is not only successful but effective.

In addition, she is seasoned at planning and conducting market research to identify opportunities for increased sales, establishing and maintaining a consistent corporate image, developing marketing communications for product lines and brands, and managing the development, production and distribution of promotional and collateral materials to support sales and marketing programs.
Working closely with industry professionals, she devotes her time to systematic planning and implementation of all marketing aspects for several of the companies held under the Pegasus Group.

A valued member of the Pegasus Group family since 2006, Jory brings to the table a wealth of knowledge in the realm of technology. Through his ten year history in I.T. industry, he has developed and implemented technology infrastructures for businesses ranging from non-profit organizations to large corporations. His focus on Blast Media Network stems from a five year history in the emerging digital signage industry, in which he has helped plan and develop signage networks for the likes of Sears Canada and OfficeMax in the United States.

In his capacity at Pegasus Group, he conceptualizes, evaluates, and implements information technology strategies, plans, and priorities for head office as well as specific brand operations.
